Must possess a letter of a mission or proof of assignment from the international organization.

Vehicle pricing is transparent and established based as a function of US MSRP, with special diplomatic discounts applied according to model, and varying according to current factory offers.  Supplements may be charged based on country specifications and country-specific powertrains. If the vehicle model is not offered in the United States, pricing is based on country specifications alone.
