The vehicle universally recognized as having originated the SUV concept is the Jeep Wagoneer. Introduced in 1963, the extraordinary popularity of this classic Jeep kept it in production until 1991, making it one of the longest-lasting continuously-built American vehicles ever. Equipped with four-wheel-drive and available with an automatic transmission, it was perfect for anybody who wanted to have access to areas of the country off the beaten track, but who expected to get there reliably in comfort and luxury.
For the 2022 model year, Jeep is launching production of the All-New Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer, with a design striking the optimum balance between classic and contemporary—devoted to both their legacies and their futures.
Thanks to a vast global network of authorized dealerships that dwarfs those of other American manufacturers, we’re confident that the new Jeep Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer will soon be a familiar sight at embassies and consulates world-wide.
